Central Ohio Winter Color Guard and Percussion is pleased to introduce INERTIA
Indoor Percussion Ensemble!
INERTIA is an independent indoor percussion unit from Columbus, Ohio, made up of
performers generally between 15 and 22 years of age, mainly from the state of
Ohio. Members come from many backgrounds including high school and college
marching bands, collegiate schools of music, and drum and bugle corps. In its
inaugural season, INERTIA Indoor Percussion Ensemble will compete as a member of
the Mid East Performance Association (MEPA); the Ohio Indoor Performance
Association (OIPA); and Winter Guard International (WGI).
INERTIA is looking for new members for the 2008 season, and is inviting any
prospective members to attend the open auditions on Sunday, November 4, 2007. In
addition, there will be a workshop on Sunday, October 21, 2007 for those who
wish to audition.
